1 8 oz container unsweetened cocoa powderor 16 oz container Nestles Quick chocolate powder (for a milder cocoa)
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together to blend well. Can sift if desired. Store in large, airtight container.
Mix 1/2 Cup (or more to taste) of the mix into 8 oz boiling water and stir well.
Add marshmallows or other favorite toppings.
Using the chocolate powder will make a very light and milder version of cocoa. A nice substitute for kids.
The unsweetened cocoa powder version will make a dark and more robust cup of cocoa.
