you can effortlessly create a delicious AND patriotic spread just by using bowls of colorful fruit!

berries taste even sweeter in summertime…so they make a wonderful treat for outdoor celebrations!

a few flea market finds are perfect for my blends of berries and blooms for the holiday.  any white or neutral dishes will be equally pretty for displaying the red & blue fruit!

even though they’re not technically a berry…cherries HAD to be on my buffet!

casually stack your bowls & utensils for easy reach.  guests can help themselves throughout the evening…

berries and cream taste delicious…but these star spangled crust shapes can make your berry bowl taste a tad like pie!

they’re so easy to make by cutting shapes from pre-made pie crusts.  sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake until golden.

display them on a tray and let everyone add one, two…or three to their desserts!

speaking of dessert…cake with berries is always a win!  this tiny pound cake is more indulgent, but it’s small stature will reduce the portion size if you’re watching the calories!
