A Valentine table set with spring colors is perfect for a holiday brunch!  Not only does a springtime color palette look beautiful, it’s lovely for happy hearts day too! Simple details can always make any table look extra special.  And once you pick a “theme” it’s pretty easy to locate easy, table decor…maybe even in your own home!  I recently hosted a Galentine brunch with some of my friends…a perfect opportunity to put these special touches to good use!   I love to share simple ideas that really shine and let your guests feel special and I’m happy to share these with you today!  If you set a table with love, it will always show!

party tip:

use a small cutter to create the shape from slices of butter.  gently push it out of the cutter and use a small spatula to place it on your bread.  you can keep the shapes in a small airtight container until ready to use. be sure to use parchment if you need to stack them.

the tiny charcuterie boards were fun for holding the scones, butter, and mini jam jars.  an easy way to add unexpected detail to the table!

another sweet detail…paper flowers as table scatter!

decor tip:

you can often find pretty embellishments like paper flowers and leaves in sticker or scrapbook sections of craft stores.  check wedding sections too, you can find all sorts of affordable scattering options!

glitter toadstools from the holidays got a second chance to shine on this table!  a fun reminder to think about other decorations you might own that will fit right in!

an enchanting brunch table

dried blooms tucked into bowls filled with floral foam make pretty, pastel centerpieces adding to the springtime vibes…

the silverware was sweetly wrapped with short pieces of pom trim.  a whimsical way to tie the place settings together.  any ribbon, twine or strips of fabric will work beautifully!
