Serve up some St. Paddy’s cocoa and cupcakes for a super easy holiday treat!  You know how much I love simple goodies and this one couldn’t be simpler for any occasion!  I often use my little bar cart to treat my family or friends to seasonal sweets…but you can use any space you have to dish up the fun.  Set up a tiny table, a space on the counter or grab a tray to dish out the deliciousness! i loaded up the cart with very simple goods…a carafe of cocoa, cupcakes and a few paper products!

and you can’t have a St. Paddy’s cocoa and cupcake cart without cupcakes!  these “rainbow” cakes couldn’t be easier!

festive sprinkles & colorful marshmallows made these tasty bites practically effortless to decorate! and you can find bags of just the mallows rather than fishing them out of a cereal box.  that’s LUCKY if you ask me!

    This is the cutest! I’m in need of a little holiday cheer. Will you come decorate a little corner for me!? : ) I’ve got to start digging out the decor so I don’t miss Easter too. You find the best stuff to add a little fun. And I didn’t know you could just buy the marshmallows – definitely a bonus!

      Aww, that’s so sweet thank you! You’re always so creative…but I know what you mean about missing holidays! I’m scared Easter will be over before I get out my pastel goodies! And Isn’t it great that you can get the mallows alone! You can even buy bags of just the clover ones!!
