A Halloween cocoa cart is a really fun way to celebrate the spooky season!  Cocoa isn’t just for Christmas and long winter nights…it’s an easy & delicious treat that can have a Halloween vibe!  I shared this sweet tray of goodies on Instagram last week and thought I would give you the simple details today.  All you need is your favorite chocolatey drink and a tray piled with simple fixins to make it extra tasty!  Style the goods similar to a charcuterie and you’ll have a beautiful surprise that will bring anyone some holiday joy!  See how easy it can be…and grab the simple cocoa recipe that I enjoyed while growing up!

if you can’t fit everything on your tray…not to worry!  anything that won’t fit can sit beside it!

Ingredients
Servings: large container of mix
Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together to blend well. Can sift if desired. Store in large, airtight container.
  2. Mix 1/2 Cup (or more to taste) of the mix into 8 oz boiling water and stir well. Add marshmallows or other favorite toppings.
  3. Using the chocolate powder will make a very light and milder version of cocoa. A nice substitute for kids. The unsweetened cocoa powder version will make a dark and more robust cup of cocoa.
