It’s no secret that I LOVE fall…especially Halloween! I can’t help but start swirling ideas around in my head as early as late August and begin searching out wonderful inspiration for decorating and party possibilities! Not wanting to waste the last days of summer consumed with the seasons to come, I do try and refrain from moving ahead too quickly–but sometimes that’s a hard little thing to do! I don’t really want to jump the gun on another holiday–but since these great goodies I found at Home Goods may not be around very long…I feel the need to share sooner than later! You know the deal at store like these–if you see something you love you’d better pounce! If you wait to think about it…you’re little discovery may sadly be long gone. On one of my regular trips to this favorite store of mine, I unintentionally discovered some Halloween treats that I just had to have. And in my searching, came home with not only my goodies but tons of inspiration for the autumn season! Have a peek at some holiday favorites…and then, maybe plan a trip to the store!

let’s start with a little sugar! i love this berry box of gummy treats not just because my kids love these over-sized candy corn gummies…but because it’s such great inspiration for gift giving! how cute is a box like this filled with some holiday candy for a hostess gift or party favors!? so even though the intent is to gobble this one up–the idea is worth keeping!

then i came across these adorable mugs! in our house, the minute the temperatures begin to fall we break out the hot cocoa…and i can’t wait to use them for October’s toasty sips!
i love the gold skull embellishment and they’ll look great mixed in with plain white ones if i decide to use them when we entertain–cocoa is nice but maybe some mulled wine?

these mini plates would be perfect for treats or a holiday gift! they measure 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ so they’re just right for appetizers…and when the food is gone, the adorable message is revealed!
and my FAVORITE find…the to-die-for plastic cutlery and hors d’oeuvre forks! i can guarantee you will see these in the future…if i have to plan something just to use them–i will! the gnarly ends of the utensils will fit perfectly into the spooky season…and i’m telling ya, i’m up nights thinking about what to do with ’em!
honestly, i should have bought them all! but my budget, and the fact i HAD to leave some to share, kept me in check…so why are you waiting? holiday inspiration is anticipating your arrival!
